Data controller
Personal data collected on this website is processed by Grégory Wannwitz, publisher of the website (see the legal notice). Contact: gwannwitz@gmail.com
Data collected and purposes
When you use the contact form, I collect the information you enter: name, email address, company and details about your project (deadline, length, budget, references). This information is used solely to reply to your request and, where relevant, to prepare a quote.
Legal basis: your request, as a pre-contractual step, and my legitimate interest in replying to people who contact me.
Retention period
Messages stored on the website are automatically deleted after 90 days. Email exchanges are kept for as long as needed to follow up on your request and any collaboration, and for no more than three years after our last contact.
Recipients and hosting
Your data is intended for me alone and is never sold or shared. The website is hosted by Infomaniak in Switzerland, a country recognised by the European Union as providing an adequate level of protection. Form notifications are received in a Gmail (Google) mailbox, whose servers may be located outside the European Union, under the safeguards provided by the GDPR.
Visitor statistics
The website measures its audience with Burst Statistics, a tool installed directly on the website, without cookies and without sending data to a third-party service. Statistics are anonymised and used only to improve the website.
Cookies and Vimeo videos
The showreels are hosted on Vimeo. The Vimeo player only loads when you start a video, with the “do not track” option enabled. Vimeo may then set technical cookies required for playback. The website sets no cookie that requires consent, which is why no cookie banner is displayed. Only one technical cookie remembers your chosen language (French or English).
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to gwannwitz@gmail.com. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Security
The website is served entirely over HTTPS, and data sent through the form is encrypted in transit.
